Red Clover ( Trifolium pretense)
This flower is traditionally used for women dealing with menopause for its ability to support hot flashes, tender breast and support with hormonal balance. These flowers may also be added on top of salads or eaten as is. Red clover may also be made into a cold tea infusion. Simply fill a mason jar with a quarter part of herb then fill with spring water, place in the fridge for 6-12 hours, strain and enjoy.
* It is not suggested that anyone consumes red clover before surgery, it may inhibit blood clotting and healing.
